Time of Meeting shows the local time in several cities side by side, so you can find one meeting time that works for everyone, without doing time-zone maths in your head.
Tap + Add a city and type a city name. Add as many as you need. To remove one, use its Remove button (on a phone, tap the city name first).
Grab anywhere and drag sideways, or scroll. The cyan line marks the meeting time, and every city shows its local time and date at that moment.
-1 Day, +1 Week and the other jump buttons move a day or a week at a time. Snap to Now brings you back to the current time.
Share link copies a link that opens the same cities and time. Add to Calendar creates the event in Google Calendar or as an .ics file for Outlook and Apple Calendar. Copy Proposal copies a short message with the time in every city.
Each one asks for the meeting length first.
Yes. Each city follows its official time-zone rules for the date you pick, including daylight saving changes, so a meeting next month shows next month's offset.
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your cities, 12H/24H choice and theme are saved only in this browser. See the privacy page.
Just the cities, the meeting time and its length, written into the link itself. Nothing is stored on a server. Whoever opens it sees each city's local time for that meeting.
Not yet. Work hours are 9:00–17:00 local time in every city, with 7:00–9:00 and 17:00–19:00 shown as early or late.
