Privacy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Short version: there are no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your cities and settings are saved only in your own browser. The only personal data we keep is what you choose to send us through the feedback form, and we never sell it.
What is saved, and where
To remember your setup between visits, the planner saves a small settings record in your browser's localStorage (key tom:settings:v1). It contains:
- the cities you added (city name, country and time zone),
- your 12H or 24H choice,
- the meeting length you last picked,
- your theme choice (System, Light or Dark).
This record never leaves your device; it is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The site itself sets no cookies.
No accounts, no tracking
You do not sign up or log in. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking scripts on the site today.
Feedback you send
If you use the Feedback button, we receive and keep:
- your message,
- your email address, only if you choose to give one,
- the page you sent it from and the time it was sent.
Feedback is stored in a database in our Cloudflare account and may also be forwarded to our inbox by email. We use it only to improve the site and to reply to you if you left an address. We do not store your IP address with it, and we do not share or sell it. To have your feedback deleted, email [email protected].
Shared links
When you use Share link, the cities, the meeting time and the meeting length are written into the link itself (the part after ?). Nothing is stored on a server. Anyone you send the link to can see those details, so share it only with the people you are meeting.
Add to Calendar and Copy Proposal
The calendar file (.ics) and the proposal text are created in your browser. If you choose Google Calendar, a new tab opens on Google's site with the meeting details filled in; from then on Google's privacy policy applies.
Services the site relies on
- Cloudflare hosts the site (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the Outfit typeface, so your browser requests the font files from Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.
- jsDelivr delivers the Luxon time-zone library, so your browser requests that file from jsDelivr's network. See jsDelivr's privacy policy.
Changes, including ads
We may show ads in the future to keep the site free. An ads provider may set cookies or use similar technologies. If that happens, this page will be updated before the change, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
