Find meeting overlap in your AI assistant

Ask your AI assistant when your team’s working hours overlap, and get a fair time back. Time of Meeting compares up to eight cities and checks public holidays. You also get a link that opens the meeting in our planner. It’s for anyone who meets with people in other time zones.

Server address

https://timeofmeeting.com/mcp

This is a remote MCP server over streamable HTTP. You don’t need an account or a login, and there’s nothing to install. Add the address to your assistant and it’s ready.

Add it in Claude

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.
  2. Pick Time of Meeting from the directory. If it isn’t listed yet, choose + Add → Add custom connector and paste https://timeofmeeting.com/mcp.
  3. For authentication, choose No sign-in. None is needed.
  4. In a chat, open the tools menu and make sure Time of Meeting is turned on.
  5. Ask a question, like one of the examples below.

Gemini

Time of Meeting isn’t available in Gemini yet. We’ve applied to Google’s Connected Apps program and will add the steps here once it’s listed. Until then, it works in Claude and in any app that can connect to a remote MCP server.

What it can do

All tools only read. None of them create, change, or delete anything in your accounts, and none of them reach other services. Working-day counts use national holidays for 2026, 2027, and 2028.

Try these prompts

“Find a fair time next week for a call between Copenhagen, New York, and Singapore.”

“How many working days are there in Denmark between December 1, 2026 and January 8, 2027? Which public holidays fall in that span?”

“US clocks change in March 2027. Does 2:30 AM on March 14, 2027 exist in New York? When do the clocks change there?”

Limits

You can make about 60 requests a minute and 2,000 a day from each IP address. If you go over, the server answers “Rate limit exceeded” and says when to retry. The minute limit clears after 60 seconds. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC. A meeting can include up to eight cities.

Your data

When your assistant uses Time of Meeting, it sends us only what the tool needs, such as city names, dates, and times. We use that to compute the answer and don’t save it. We don’t receive your chats, your name, or your email. We count each request anonymously in Google Analytics, including setup steps like connecting. Each count records the tool or request type, the app’s name (or the product name from its User-Agent), the number of cities, whether it worked, and how long it took. You don’t have an account with us, so there’s no profile to delete. If you have a question or a deletion request, email [email protected]. You can also remove the connector at any time in your assistant’s settings. See our privacy policy.
