Terms of use
Time of Meeting is made by Franco Soldera, an individual trading as U-Things, in Denmark. Address: Drejøgade 26C, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. When you use timeofmeeting.com or the Time of Meeting connector, you accept these terms.
What you get. Time of Meeting has two parts. The first is the planner at timeofmeeting.com. The second is a connector for AI assistants at https://timeofmeeting.com/mcp. Both help you find working hours that overlap across time zones. You don’t need an account, and there’s nothing to sign in to. The connector’s tools only read and compute. They don’t create, change, or delete anything, and they don’t contact other services on your behalf. Connector answers contain no ads. The website may show ads from Google AdSense, as described on our privacy page.
Fair use. Each IP address can send the connector about 60 requests a minute and 2,000 a day. Above that, the server returns an error that says when to try again. Calls that come from Cloudflare Workers share one address, so they have their own shared limits. Don’t try to get around the limits, for example by switching addresses or client IDs. Don’t overload the service or copy its data in bulk. Don’t use it for anything illegal. If you do, we may block your access.
Check what matters. Times, time zones, clock changes, and public holidays come from data built into the service. That data can be wrong or out of date. Holiday data covers 2026, 2027, and 2028. Working days skip national public holidays only, not regional ones. Always check the time before an important meeting.
Accuracy. We strive to give you accurate information, but Time of Meeting and everything it tells you, including times, time zones, daylight saving dates and holidays, are provided “as is”, with no promise that they are accurate, complete or up to date. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Responsibility. We are not responsible for the information Time of Meeting gives you, or for any consequences of using it, such as a missed or mistimed meeting. This applies to the fullest extent the law allows, with no money cap.
Some laws don’t allow liability to be excluded, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where such a law applies, we are liable only as far as it requires. If you’re a consumer, the consumer protection laws of your country still apply to you.
Your data. Our privacy page explains what the site and the connector receive, what we keep and for how long, and how to ask us to delete data.
Changes. When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with its date. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts. If you’re a consumer, you can also use the courts where you live. These terms are in English. If one part turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
